All products are unique and produced one at a time. Custom orders are made only once ordered and payment received.. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, simply don’t like the product after all, or enter the incorrect shipping address.

However, if your product arrives damaged or the item was made incorrectly, please email us proof within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.
